Once you have completed the Arise admissions steps and have requested to join VPN, your next step is to enroll in the Arise client certification course of your choice. Courses may take between 2-6 weeks depending on the client you choose.  Once you have completed and certified with a client, you begin to service immediately.

Arise Requirements

VPN IBO service fee is a flat $35 per service period. You are also responsible for the Arise bi-monthly service fee of $19.75.

VPN needs to cover its business expenses. Our affordable service fee enables us to support you throughout every stage of your certification process and throughout our ongoing relationship. This includes continuing education, accounting, revenue distribution services, and the chance to serve clients without the need for incorporation.

he ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services.

No fees are charged until the first invoice period after you begin providing customer interaction services to your first Arise client.

As a self-employed individual, your revenue depends on your efforts. Arise clients offer pay rates ranging from $9 to $15 per hour. Also ask about our unlimited referral payouts. Opportunities are listed on the Arise portal, where you can click the green Info button to view details like available service hours and the types of calls you will handle. Some clients offer 24/7 service hours for CSPs. Pay rates for Arise clients will be provided before you enroll in a Client Certification class.

Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or plead guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is a one-time fee of $30 (Subject to change at platform discretion).

No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard w-2 for tax purposes every year.
